Had a first interview with a manager and a second interview with the CEO.
First of all, they are an Indian company, but since they are hiring in Europe, one would assume they have at least some knowledge of European laws and workers’ rights... which they clearly don’t.
1. They mentioned working up to 16 hours a day (and according to another Glassdoor review from an actual employee, no, the overtime is not even paid).
2. They added a minute-taking bot to the call without explicit and informed consent.
3. Both on m1 1st and 2nd interview they asked about my marital status and what my family does and where my parents are from (did I wake up in the 19th century?).
4. They asked about my previous salary (not illegal yet, but definitely questionable).
5. The CEO had no idea what “gross salary” meant or why it was different from the net (mind you, they wanted to hire people internally).
During both interviews, they didn’t let me ask any questions, felt like I was being interrogated. When I decided to mention my salary expectations — which were apparently far above their budget (shocking that a company expecting 16-hour workdays also underpays its employees) — they said they would “think about it” and abruptly ended the call.
So not only do they ignore basic EU laws, they’re also rude and disrespectful. Stay away and save your time.
P.S. The positive reviews are so obviously written with AI lol

While my initial interview with the hiring managers was positive and productive, the subsequent interview with the CEO was highly unprofessional. What was scheduled as a 30-minute call lasted 90 minutes. During this time, the CEO’s demeanor was adversarial and dismissive. Most concerningly, I was asked personal questions regarding my zodiac sign, and when I answered, I was accused of lying because I didn't 'act' like that sign. Despite being offered the position, I declined. The lack of professionalism and the rude approach suggest the company may struggle with its planned expansion into Europe if this reflects the leadership culture.
