In my opinion, the entire interview process - which is understandably longer than most, this being a remote job - was extremely well organized and was finished in the span of a few weeks. The multidisciplinary panel allowed me to get to know people with very diverse backgrounds and roles within the team; at the same time, the interviewers were immensely friendly and welcoming. I'd rate the questions as "relevant", given the expected experience level and responsabilities.

While I didn't get pass the screening interview; it is entirely remotely, and you don't need to show your face in video. They believe this process is easier on the nerves when it comes to interviews. The interviewer was however, very engaging.
