Straightforward questions, seemed interested in explaining how things work. Interviewer was nice and thoughtful, and was able to discuss the position thoroughly. Questions naturally led to more questions and it felt like a conversation.

The interview process was very streamlined. I initially learned about the role through a recruiting agency that frequently partners with Hyphen, so they helped coordinate the next steps. From there, the process moved quickly. I interviewed directly with the Manager for about an hour through a video call, and we kept cameras on. The conversation was a mix of behavioral questions, questions about my previous experience, and a discussion about how I approach requirements, communication, and cross-team collaboration. Overall, it felt very efficient and focused.
