The interview at Hypercel is in-depth, and an actual test of your abilities as a designer. If you are incompetent as a designer or unfamiliar with Illustrator and Photoshop, then you will struggle to pass.

How are your photo retouching skills?
Have you done product/competitor research before? for who? give me an example?

Entretien
Found them on Craigslist. Short interview. Not many questions on talent or history. Seems to get people from Craigslist and then discard them as needed. They take advantage of the unemployment situation to skim the cream and then throw the rest away. Not much in the way of phpone conversations, everything was done online through emails.
