      The interview process was very smooth and the interviewers were also very friendly.  I was rejected in the 4th round of the process after the submission of the assignment. One thing I would like to suggest to the HR team is to provide a genuine feedback to the interviewee. Please note that the interviewee is also spending his time for building the assignment and deploying it in EC2. An informative feedback rather than ‘we would not be moving ahead with your application’ would be much appreciated.

      PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. This company doesn't deserve to take interview or atleast don't know how to take it. Highly unprofessional attitude. I interviewed with this company recently and after having 6 rounds of interviews and clearing them all , they replied with predefined template "Thank you for your interest we will not be moving forward". However I just asked for the feedback so that i can improve upon it, got no reply from them. It took around 2 weeks for the interview process and have devoted my two weekends for building the assignment and deploying it on AWS and then interviewing again the next weekend for additional 3 more rounds. Process was as follows:- HR round for screening 1 round -> Project discussion and improvements in the same with additional complexities. 2 round-> Puzzle round having 3 puzzles 3 round -> Building bus booking system and deploying it on AWS and sharing the postman collection of the API endpoints (Took whole day of the weekend) 4 round-> Discussion over the project and handling various scenarios 5 round-> System design round with the CTO 6 round-> General discussion (behavioural round) with the founder. It took around 2-2.5 hours And after around 10 days got the rejection mail. Which is still ok but atleast let us know the feedback as a courtesy. They must understand that candidate is devoting his time also for the interviews and appreciate it a little. Maybe in the future they will have a better hiring process but for now it's highly unprofessional.

      puzzle: 4 people crossing bridges in night with torch , minimise the time taken. Odd coin out of 8 coins in mi. turns. Bus booking system, deploy on aws and share postman api's system design related to the work the company is doing.
