After filling out the application online, I was asked to submit a technical writing sample. A few days later, I was asked to come in for an interview (no phone interview was involved for this position). I spoke with the recruiter and the head of the Documentation department. Both were very kind people who obviously cared about the position and went out of their way to answer my questions.

Do you consider yourself a technical person? What software have you learned recently? What do you know about OnBase?
The total duration spanned 6 months! I applied, got the initial response in 6 weeks, after that 3-4 interviews, a writing test, and then they just ghosted me. Absolute waste of time and effort. Very unprofessional.

Entretien
For one interview, they kept me there for nearly 3 hours!
First, I had the written test (a proofreading exercise plus the pb & j question). That took an hour.
Then I met with the recruiter and head of documentation for about a half hour.
Moved to the tech guy (basically testing you on computer proficiency). Another 30 minutes.
Then met with 3 technical writers for about 40 minutes.
