It quite appreciating in both Technical round and HR round. They were polite not so aggressive with different questions. It was quite impressive. In the Technical round all it was discussed about my experience and skill sets and knowledge. And in the HR round it was about job responsibilities and salary

The entire process took about 2 months. From the online application, then a month later HR screening, then a week later Manager interview, and then I received the rejection the following week. Straightforward questions, usual HR screening, no technical questions, without behavioral or situational scenarios, just basic getting to know the team and organization, and what do you do. The manager was calm and soft-spoken. Too bad it did not work out and the way the role described was really what I wanted but that is the way it goes.
