J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hyland en nov. 2021
Entretien
1. Initial phone screen with HR. 2. 30 min Interview with supervisor/hiring manager. 3. 60 min Panel interview with Director level and above. The final panel interview process seemed overly difficult for the level and salary of the position. The HM interview was conversational and direct, good flow. The panel interview felt like they were trying to trip you up and was more rapid fire questions. Didn't get the same supportive vibe from that team as the supervisor/HM. The process from interview to offer was very long. I was kept "warm" by HR but I ended up withdrawing from consideration and accepted another position.
