The screening interview was very open ended. It didn't feel to me like the interviewer had a plan. He asked for a summary of my experince, I kept it short thinking it was the first of many questions, but it ended up being the only real structured question he asked, so the rest of the interview felt like filler. My experience wasn't great, but it could have been my fault.
