They asked me questions about past experiences, what roles was I in, if I had ever volunteered. They asked me what Hydro One could improve on. They asked very specific questions about contract and permitting processes. It was more of a conversation rather than an interview. I had two people interview me. I would definitely go over some of the other questions that were posted on Glassdoor because they were very helpful.
