Entretien
Extensive interviews to get into here. They start you off with a phone interview to decide if you are making it any further. After that you will be faced with a technical interview that is done by 2 managers and test basic electrical knowledge, and some abstract ideas. At the end you also have to perform a presentation on a technical subject of your choice. If you are chosen for the next step then you will be faced with a behavioural interview with a HR representative and a manager. If you make it past that you will be faced with a back ground check, police checks, educational checks, reference checks, and also a personality matrix check. Its a lot of work but worth it if you want to be in one place forever.

Entretien
Met through skype with 2 Engineers. They asked basic HR interview questions and the interview was fairly easy. The two interviewers were very friendly and knowledgable. I didn't accept the offer because the position was a year long and I did not want to delay my graduation.
