The interview felt more like a drilling session. It was flawed from the start. "Run me through your resume." No, it would help if you had read it. What is this? What is that? I initially had confirmation for Friday and they rushed it to the next day (Tuesday) because they were "excited to meet me." It was a waste of my time because they ended up extending an offer to another person. Why rush and inconvenience me when you already have a candidate in the final steps?

Recruiter call and then meeting with hiring manager and two other interviews with higher rank, from stage to stage, as one proceed. The hiring manager a woman wasn't friendly at all. The interview was for 45 mins but lasted less than 30 mins.
