I applied through their website for an open position. The following day, HR assistant contaced me for a phone screening interview. I was invited for in-house interview, taking place in two days. I had an option to choose a time slot, my choice was 9am. Once I arrived at that time, there was 7-8 people waiting for interviews. I was waiting around 10 min, there was one person before me. My interview was conducted by a HR assistant (another one). It went smooth, basic questions about previous experience and skills, referrals. At the end, I asked a question about the position; the provided answer was unclear with advice to ask the manager about details. I was asked to wait in for a second interview with the restaurant manager. He came in 15 min later, obviously still sleepy (later on he yawned while asking a question). Other than than, he was very precise. his queations were centered around providing great service and how to achieve it; there were 3 situation questions. I was asked to wait for a third interview with the F&B manager. She arrived 10 min later and intived me to conduct the interview in a conference room, where 3 other interviews were already taking place. First thing she mentioned was "I haven't seen your application, so I don't know what to ask you" ??? Awkward start. I recemmended she looks at my resume, which I provided. More or less the same questions as HR and the restaurant manager. My overall impressions from the interviews were good. Besides the slightly unprofessioinal way of handing the interviews, the process was structured and standardized.
