It was good. They just asked me several questions about how I would handle the working environment and how I can multitask. It ended up being 2 interviews, one with the AGM and then one with the FD Supervisor and GM

They asked about my customer service background as well as my 5 year plan
Fairly easy, it was only one interview and several questions asked about availability and experience. It was about 30 minutes. I was hired on the spot and then started working instantly.

Describe a time you helped a customer and how did they react.
Pretty cold, but fair. I didn't end up getting the job but it was a standard interview process, I do think the could be a bit more warm in their attitude, as people are understandably nervous during interviews. I guess that is just pretty standard.
