Phone interview followed by an in-person meeting. Basic process for this type of position. There were no unexpected steps to take. Both people I spoke to were friendly and professional. Overall it was a simple process.

Questions focused primarily on prior experience and availability.
Fairly easy, it was only one interview and several questions asked about availability and experience. It was about 30 minutes. I was hired on the spot and then started working instantly.

Describe a time you helped a customer and how did they react.
Pretty cold, but fair. I didn't end up getting the job but it was a standard interview process, I do think the could be a bit more warm in their attitude, as people are understandably nervous during interviews. I guess that is just pretty standard.
