The interview almost felt unnecessary as they were in desperate need of help. I got a tour and intro to the store before we even interviewed giving the impression that the interview was more for formality than to determine if I was fit for the job. I was given the job at the conclusion of the interview.

One interview and it wasn't very hard as it's just a retail position. The person interviewing me was just HR, no one from the actual team. Overall the whole experience was easy

Entretien
Met with the HR manager. I was asked 2 pages of interview questions. The rest of the time was mainly discussing my availability and open positions. Job was offered at the end of the interview.
