I was reached by the CTO - Khaled in Linked in directly for a role within the QA & Automation department.
The interview went good. We went through my experience and how it can benefit the company and what can be changed.
Next week I was expecting a call back but didn't happen. Sent him message in linkedin as well he didn't reply. For a CTO this was a bit shocking for me as I had previously had good experiences with the CTO of different companies.
At the end I felt that this was kind of more of a phishing call rather than an interview. To know what ideas to implement and put on his QA & Automation department.
