A very long process with many contacts and touchpoints. At-least for students hired out of college, a small project is included to gather your ability and (more importantly) your effort. I was impressed throughout the whole process.

It was a seamless process. Very communicative and the people were great. 5 rounds: recruiter call, case study, peer, skills, critical thinking. Asked typical interview questions, use STAR method to answer. Case study was 45 min and interviewer led, pretty straighforward.
