Applied January 3rd, received an email to set up a phone screen on 1/7 which was on 1/8.
1/9 first round phone behavioral interview was set up for 1/17. Interviewer was a manager.
1/18 email informing me that I was selected to move onto the second round case interview over skype scheduled for 1/24. Interviewer was a director. Interview is directed and pretty easy.
1/30 email moving onto the third round (in person in Chicago) scheduled for 2/15. First we had an hour long panel with the three other candidates and two analysts, informal. Then two back to back behavioral / fit interviews with an associate and director.
After this interview I waited two weeks (bad sign that I didn't hear sooner) then emailed the recruiter for an update who informed me that I was not chosen.
Overall disappointed with the outcome but had a decent experience. I am waiting on feedback to see what went wrong during the in person interview.
Case: You are a consultant hired to a hospital. You are tasked with lowering outsourcing costs, what questions would you ask? You find out they outsource their dialysis unit 100%. Now what do you ask?
Math: You come to three options, keep the contracted vendor, hire a new vendor, or completely insource what would you chose?...the number of treatments / year is given and the cost of each for vendor and insourcing is given. You get 5 mins to do math then answer.
The CEO just walked in, give a one min pitch of your recommendation.
How would you implement?

Entretien
The process was pretty quick first round with recruiter, second round is case interview, and third round with a director and manager to see if you are a good fit so pretty much behavioral and some relevant questions. I applied for the position and received an email from the recruiter after just a few weeks for the first screening round. The questions are just like any interviews and other comments. The recruiter asked me to introduce myself, why consulting and Huron, and my strengths and weaknesses. I did the first round on Wednesday and heard the result back on Friday of the same week. The second round is a case interview and my case was to decide whether the hospital should outsource the billing process or continue using their people who are having difficulty catching up with the number of bills to process. The interview was on Friday and I heard back the result on Monday then moved forward with the final round which was scheduled also on Friday (They only let me schedule on Friday) and heard back the result on Monday of the following week. There are 2 rounds of 45 minutes each. One round would ask you about situations in which you show the company values such as inclusion (Make sure you research and study Huron's values). Ex: Tell me about a time that you lead a team. The other one would also ask about explaining a situation when you do something but this round will focus more on your skill. Ex: Tell me about a time you have to work with data, how would you rate your Excel level from 1-10, what's your favorite Excel functions. This round will ask quite a bit about technical stuff like Excel so make sure to prepare. The good thing is that they will pair you with a case interview buddy which can be a helpful resource if you know how to utilize them and ask questions.

Several zooms, with one as a case interview that asked to decide between different solutions for a hospital/ healthcare system. They also give you an interview buddy which is a current employee to help you navigate the interview process.
