The interview process did not start off bad. I was told to ask for someone when I got there and I would take a critical thinking test. The person I asked for just merely proctored everything. I was told the interview would take a total of 2 hours. The critical thinking portion took 45 min. Afterwards, I spoke with the manager of the position I was applying for. Afterwards, I was told another person wanted to speak with me and then they blindsided me with another assessment. BEFORE I started the assessment, I had already been there for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I was told the second assessment would take 20 min then I would speak with the other individual. After I finished the assessment, I waited in the conference room for 45 minutes without anyone showing up. I eventually stuck my head out of the conference room to ask if anyone was coming. Once I asked, the individual showed up 5 min later and spoke with me no more than 10 minutes. At this point, I had been at the interview for an hour longer than I was told with most of that hour being unnecessary waiting.
