This was a very pleasant interview process. I had multiple interviews and the process is very quick .!There will be background and Drug test. They were very flexible with my start date.

Honestly....I do not remember applying for this position. I am sure that I did at some point, but I cant pin point it to save my life. I guess it is possible they got it off a site. The interview was a breeze. I was called by the site for an interview from the maintenance director. I showed up to the site, talked about the basics of the job for 20 minutes and was offered the position. There was no real interview. It was more of an offer based on type of work the site does. The rest of the process was a hassle. I was sent down the street to the "office" and filled out the normal job hiring paperwork which included a drug test to be taken later and a background and security clearance check. I took the drug test the next day and was called a week later by the site asking if it was done! Shouldn't they have called the facility? I wasn't given a choice of where to go! The background and security clearance check was done after the drug test was received. Should have been done at the same time in my opinion. That took another two weeks. I finally got a call saying that everything was ok and I could come in to start. When I got there, I had to fill all the paperwork out again. This was an ongoing experience. I, over the course of 5 years, had filled out 6 forms for my 401k beneficiary and none of them were correct. Good thing I didn't die!
