The interview process was okay at the beginning. I did the initial screening and then a second-round interview with the manager to discuss some real-world scenarios. However, the communication after that wasn't great. I sent a polite follow-up email to check on the progress but didn't get any reply. Instead, I just saw the exact same job ad reposted on SEEK. It’s a bit disappointing to be left without any response after putting time into the interviews.

Pretty good experience. A lot of questions focus on scenario related to business negotiations and B2B sales. Interviewer was kind and friendly, and the whole interview process was acted in Chinese.

Asking about your career goal. It is rather short and it is more of a background check, confirming your interest. The interview is done by the HR and the HR stuff may not locate in your area, so try not to speak too much about your knowledge in your location.
