Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn regarding new roles and if I was interested. He said he'd get back to me after speaking with the hiring manager. I followed up and he said he was still waiting on the company. I followed up a month later and was told they are looking for prior expertise in this industry. (which I didnt either have before THEY reached out to me)
