Question 1
1. Tell me about a time you had an irate customer. How did you turn the situation around?
2. Tell me a time you had to multi-task. Describe the systems you use. How many monitors do you use?
These are really the only Star questions they asked. They told me about themselves and what the company was looking for. I asked them about 3 or 4 questions. The interview only lasted 30 mins and the sups were super friendly.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
