Over the phone with 3 supervisors. Offered job. Completed o boarding, background check and drug test. Humana took back the offer due to failing drug test for having nicotine in my system. Apparently qualified smokers are not welcome. Pot smokers on the other hand are totally welcome. They do not test for marijuana in any form according to my copy of the drug test/ background test.
