1. Submit my resume online. 2. HR contacts and ask why I am interested to work with Humana and why want to leave current job and those kind of basic questions. 3. Interview is scheduled with Technology manager. 4. Since Technology Manager was interested in me, we have a Face-2-Face interview. 5. Got an offer.
