J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Humana (Louisville, KY) en mai 2013
Entretien
I was contacted and given advance notice that a phone interview was to be scheduled with me, they asked me when I would be available and allowed me to give times that would be good for them to call (very considerate). I had an initial phone interview which afterwards they wanted me to have a face to face interview. I showed up early and was escorted around their offices and shown the cafeteria (which was very nice) as well as a few other interesting things around their offices until the person I was to interview with was available. Everyone was friendly and polite and I felt very welcomed, I didn't feel uncomfortable as I have at some other interviews. The interviewer was a kind woman who interviewed in a non-intimidating fashion filling out a form of questions which she asked me. The entire office was very nice and the people seemed happy in the hallways, no one seemed miserable like some places I have been.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions were pretty common, I was asked some questions about times that show leadership, project management, and things like that. There were no weird or unusual questions.
HireVue -> 30 minute behavioral -> 45 minute technical
HireVue was basic questions like why Humana, why you chose your major, and how you use AI. Behavioral was chill, your normal situation-based questions. Technical didn't have any coding in it, they just asked to explain the projects on resume and some conceptual technical questions.

Pretty Straight forward I would say. Applied on company website. The entire process took two months. first round with video interview, standard questions. Then team matching. This is where I stopped

Question 1
Why Humana, why are you interested in healthcare industry.
behavioral was very chill just like a conversation..tip: make yourself personable by also talking about your other passions outside of what you are interviewing for. asked about team experience, time management, etc
