Entretien
It was a 3 week process. I applied on line did a behavioral module, did a text interview then a real interview. The interview in my opinion was terrible right away I could tell the lady want in the best mood also took forever before coming by to meet me. Asked me about 7 questions and each question has about 5 questions within the question.

They asked me multiple questions in one question and expected me to answer every single one with any repeats for example. Tell me a time you went over board for a customer. What did you do? Why was it overboard how did the customer feel at the end?
