Mass hiring. You meet with a team lead and they ask you what you think the job entails. They ask you if you are okay with speaking with the elderly and sick people. The give you a run down of the job and warn you of the resistance you will receive. They tell you about hitting a quota.
The interview was good you had to answer a few questions. Basic experience in EMR and able to be under pressure most of the time, incoming referrals continuously. They ask how many years in the healthcare you have and previous experience in referrals.

Entretien
A brief telephonic pre-recorded questionnaire followed by in person interview. After the online application and if you are selected you receive a link to complete a few steps online and receive a phone screening. A few days later you receive a request for an in person interview. Then the hiring manager (or HR) will call you a few days later to make you an offer
