Presentation interview, likely with two other members of the team Offer. Presentation was 5-10 minutes talking through a discussion activity proposal. Told to be as creative as possible and I think they genuinely mean it - worked for me anyway. Think they're checking more how confident you are at presenting and whether you can think logically about question type. Following this, I had some some very basic questions about research in general.
