1. Initial screening round with the Product Director and HR
2. Second round with wider group that included the product director, engineering head and another product engineer
3. Trial project on Customer Success team setup at Human Made

Question 1
After the initial screening, Second round was lots of behavioural questions and situation based questions. Also, some bit about past experiences. There was a small case / role play during the interview. This was followed by a trail project of three weeks wherein I was asked to come up with the industry best practices and strategy for setting up a Customer Success team at Human Made. After the trial, offer discussion.
The interview was fully remote and very organised and structured with three interviewees taking turns to ask scripted questions, there were no other probing questions outside of their script I think
