A complete disaster. The initial 2 phone interviews were very informative (Recruiter & hiring manager). I was scheduled for 3 in-person and 3-Skype interview. For some reason after my 3-in-person interviews i received a call the next day saying they think I wasn't ready for the position just yet. I thought this is what the first 2 phone interviews were for...to make sure i qualify for the position. I didn't even get to Skype with the hiring manager or his boss as planned. though it was weird the recruiter called 3 times until i picked up and never sent an email.

An hour long phone interview.
Was told I would be speaking with the Head of Ad ops, but ended up speaking with someone on the team. She was very nice and mainly asked questions based on my resume.

I got a phone interview with the recruiting manager for the Ad Trafficker position. She was on a very bad speakerphone which made it hard to hear her. She asked me what my GPA in college was... even though I graduated 3 years ago. I should have lied; I told her it was 2.7 and I'm pretty sure that's the reason I didn't get called back.
