Initial communication is good but I felt after giving the interview it was totally biased towards software only and someone's hardwork is not cherished in the field he has worked or studied.

I applied for an IOS Developer position. They have three rounds of interviews. In the first round, they asked some basic Swift questions and some project-related questions about GCD and design patterns . And in the second round, they asked questions about my projects And some problem-solving questions And in the third round, which was the manager round, they asked about capability and describing the project .
