The Phone interview is really good. Know the things well you mentioned in your resume. They asked if I know any programming. I mentioned that I don't have professional experience but I did build some arcade games with python.

I was interviewed on site at Gaithersburg, MD as a part of career fair onsite The interview process and management itself was pathetic and I would not recommend to interview here, I was initially asked to interview for entry level network engineer and I was also interviewed for mainly systems engineering position which was vague even after asking the HR that i was not told informed about interviewing for a different position, The interview process was screwed up. The interview was smooth and there were no issues, however i was told i would get an update that in 2 weeks which simply did not happen and i get an email stating that the company has placed all offers on hold till January 2023 as a part of reviews that need to be done by management in the company and would not be handing out offers to anyone and asked to try elsewhere however got an offer for Systems Engineer 2 in End of December 2022.
