We started with School and then worked toward the most recent jobs I have had. So basically it was in chronological order instead of starting with my most recent job and working backward.

First there is a 30-minute Phone screening with a Corporate Recruiter, and then if selected to move forward a video interview with the Leadership team . These interview questions apply to the phone screening.
