Application was typical. I had a friend who already worked there so I was guaranteed the job. The interview was just going through the motions. The manager flicked off a coworker as he was walking to the table to interview me.

They didn't really ask any questions at all they just hired me on spot because they were desperate for servers which is honestly horrible for a business but I didn't complain

It was easy, besides the aptitude questionnaire it was fast. You meet with a manager, go over experience. Than you take an assessment test. Depending on who you meat it may be easy or not.
