I promptly received a phone interview, and it went well. I didn't have to wait long, and they let me know I didn't make the cut to the next round of interviews. I appreciated their promptness and attitude, and they seem like they really care.

very thorough. They do a three-step process: phone interview, 2 managers in-person interview, then a round table interview. They ask questions about your personality with a few technology questions thrown in there.
