I applied online through Indeed and I was interviewed by the controller via video chat. The interview went fairly well and I was invited for a follow up interview. I was also asked to complete a personality assessment. After I completed the assessment, I received a call saying they needed to reschedule the interview and they would be in touch with me, and then I never heard back. I received zero responses to my follow up email and the position was later removed. The assistant controller position has been advertised multiple times since then and each time it’s advertised, I receive requests to apply via indeed and the controller will check out my LinkedIn profile. I find this to be extremely odd behavior. If a company is this weird during the interview process, I can’t imagine what they’re like once you’re actually hired.
