Interview process was long. 10 total interviews, some with multiple people. The overall experience wasn’t bad but after all of that, I was ghosted by the recruiter after getting to the final round. No confirmation if I was ever even passed over. I know this is very common, but to me if a candidate makes it to the final round of the interview process they should be owed at least a “Hey we chose someone else”. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth
