There are 2 interviews in total. The first interview is with the HR, which goes over the basic background and interest in the role. The second interview is with both the UX Architect and the HR. It seems that the UX Architect didn't really know what they were looking for in an intern, and the UX maturity was low in the company. When I checked in with the recruiter several weeks after the final interview, she said that they were about to make the decision very soon. But they were still reposting the job opportunity on LinkedIn. I did the interviews in January. Now in March, I still didn't hear back anything.
