The process started with a standard recruiter screening phone call. This was followed by a structural video interview with the hiring manager and a final virtual panel interview with key marketing team stakeholders.

Interview at Hub Group was straightforward and professional. Mainly asked about my previous experience, how I handle challenges, and situational questions. Process was simple, clear, and not too technical, overall a standard experience.
