The HR recruiter was extremely professional, friendly, and human in their approach, which made me feel comfortable as a candidate. It was one of the most positive first interactions I’ve had in an interview process. However, during the interview with the e-commerce director, it was very difficult to understand his English, which made the conversation more challenging than expected. Additionally, I never received any feedback after being rejected for the role, which was disappointing and left the process feeling incomplete.
