First, there was a recruiter screening call. This was about 10-15 minutes and very casual. After that I was sent a coding test. It consisted of three questions that I could complete on my own time. They were data structures/ algorithms, in C++, leetcode easy to medium difficulty. After the test, I had a technical interview with the team lead.

Calculate the CPI (clock cycles per instruction) of a program that consists of 10% load instructions, where 1% of those load instructions cause a cache miss
two interviews; in the first interview, they asked CV-related questions; in the second, it was behavioral and asked for cultural fit. The second interview was with the Chinese manager, and it was a one-to-one interview.

It went smooth, 2 OA, 1 HR Call, 1 Technical Call, 1 Manager Call. All went well, they ask based on your title and field. SO get prepared for what you are applying for like which position you know.

Getting an invitation for a phone interview was very unexpected for me given that my CV is not linear. The interviewer was incredibly disrespectful. I was shocked about how aggressively she talked to me. I have never experienced something like that. She was treating me like I did something wrong or like she was trying to set me up for failure? She said to me if the interview goes well you will hear from us otherwise you won’t. So not even a rejection mail.
