[Step 1: Resume Submission] The recruitment process begins with submitting your resume. Candidates from target universities are typically offered an opportunity to participate in the written examination, which is conducted online. [Step 2: Online Assessment and Personality Test] Candidates who pass the online test can expect to receive a personality assessment within approximately one week. If no invitation is received, it usually indicates that the candidate did not pass the online test. Note: The personality test is an elimination criterion and should be taken seriously. [Step 3: Technical Interviews (First and Second Rounds)] The first and second interviews primarily evaluate the candidate's technical knowledge and job compatibility. Both rounds may be combined in practice. Immediate Disqualification Scenarios Include: Inconsistency between online test results and actual technical knowledge. If questions marked correct in the written test cannot be explained during the interview, the session may be terminated early. Lack of familiarity with personal project experience, especially if the interviewer suspects the project was completed by someone else. Interview Strategies: Depth-based approach: Interviewers may probe deeply into your project work, especially if your background aligns closely with the position. Breadth-based approach: Alternatively, they may assess the scope of your knowledge to determine your potential to transfer skills to practical scenarios. It is acceptable to not have all the answers; demonstrating clear thought processes and a willingness to reason through unfamiliar problems is valued. Above all, candidates must possess a thorough understanding of their project work and its underlying technical principles. Additionally, there may be live coding or problem-solving tasks during the interview. Performance on these exercises does not necessarily determine the final outcome. [Step 4: Final Interview (Third Round)] The third interview is often the most selective stage and focuses on a candidate’s ability to reflect upon and summarize lessons drawn from academic, professional, or personal experiences. This round emphasizes self-awareness, growth mindset, and communication skills. Strong performance in this round can compensate for earlier shortcomings in the technical interviews. [Step 5: Talent Pool & Waiting Period] Candidates who successfully pass all three rounds are placed into a talent pool. At this point, it is advisable to manage expectations, continue with other applications, and maintain regular academic or career pursuits.
