Got the call from HR about the interview schedule. On the interview day, I met up with the director of delivery, the first thing he asked was am I able to speak mandarin.
Once I said yes, the whole interview was conducted in mandarin.
The next thing he asked was when can I start work? And after that, he asked about my asking price, and I'm hired.
Piece of cakes so long are you well-verse in mandarin, as the director's proficiency in English is bad.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my "greatest weakness," but it felt more like a filler question. It didn’t really seem relevant to the role or give any insight into my skills.
