Entretien
My process, there is 4 step in the recruitment process :
1. 1st Interview with HR/HRBP
In a simple interview, the company wants to know about the
interviewee and basic question about network
2. 2nd Interview with User
Depending on what position you apply the user will ask about
wireless or fixed network technology, equipment, and architecture
3. Final interview with the Dept Head
All difficult questions are in the user interview because it's very technical.

- Explain equipment in the base station (BTS)
- Explain the transmission method from the access network to the core network
- Explain 4g network architecture

Entretien
The interview was conducted multiple times. It is to see if you are consistent in the answers. They look into your personality and willingness to learn. Overall, you need to prepare and research a bit into the company and role to make the most out of the interview.
Simple, they mostly want to know how you handle stress, and fluency in speaking mandarin, though this didn't seem to be common among my peers who got the offer. A lot of questions about: "How did you handle conflicts", "Tell me about a time where you handled stress" etc.

Entretien
I attended a walk-in interview through campus hiring. The process was completed in one day and consisted of three stages: initial screening, technical interview, and a final HR interview session. The interviewers were professional and the process was well organized.
