      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huawei Technologies (Bengaluru) en janv. 2010

      Entretien

      Was directly called for a in-person interview at their office. No Telephonic interview was done. It appeared they were interviewing lot of people, since i saw many candidates there. After waiting for almost 1.5 hours, i was called into a discussion room for the First Round. First Round There were two interviewers. One was techie other was Project Manager. Strange thing was that the Project Manager was from some other company (based on his identity badge) - not a Huawei employee. Most questions were around the projects i had done in the past. This round was for about 30 mins. It went well. I was again made to wait for 30 minutes, before being called for a Second Round. Second Round Again there were two interviewers. Both were supposedly techie. And this interview was quite bizarre. I was asked if i prefer to use existing tools vs develop my own. If a custom App Server is better than one built from scratch and why. When i said that i prefer to use existing tools and not re-invent the wheel - the interviewers seemed upset. The interviewers did not seem knowledgeable at all. I was most dissatisfied with this round of interview. This interview lasted about 45 minutes. So, after spending about 4 hours i was told by their HR that they would get back to me, which of-course they did not.

      In our current application we create a Timer Thread for every user who logs in to monitor his Session(Time-Out) etc. Since we have large number of users , we have too many threads, how can we solve this?
