Applied on company job portal, received e-mail to send addititonal info, send additional info, received invitation to Zoom interview (Interviewer from China). Interview is in Chinese. Expected to have detailed and extensive knowledge on computer networking (OSI Layers, Protocols, Network Configuration, Differences between network equipment)

The HR interview was fine but the User Interview was so… can’t even put it to words. They made fun of the achievements I wrote on my CV and laughed about it. Then at the end of the interview i got to ask what they expect from someone in this role I applied to, and one of them said, passive-aggressively with a flat face and tone: “well first of all we expect this person to be smart”. Wow

Entretien
I attended a walk-in interview through campus hiring. The process was completed in one day and consisted of three stages: initial screening, technical interview, and a final HR interview session. The interviewers were professional and the process was well organized.
Simple, they mostly want to know how you handle stress, and fluency in speaking mandarin, though this didn't seem to be common among my peers who got the offer. A lot of questions about: "How did you handle conflicts", "Tell me about a time where you handled stress" etc.
