Firstly, a group interview mainly about communicating and working in a group. And the second round is the technical interview, in which they will ask your projects and ask some questions about the network. The last round is a comprehensive interview, They would ask questions about who you are and get to know your working style, while some technical questions would also be asked here.

Massive questions in routing speacially for ISPs
That had to do all intervews via phone call
The process was not cinducted by HR is wasnt coear at the begging
they have three phases of interview. the first is the initial with hr which is followed by the technical with their engineers then one final interview with the head of their department.
