A recruiter first contacted me through Linkedin. I sent my resumes and associated files like transcripts, research papers etc. Then the Hauwei team invited me for a coding test in C++. There were three questions, and the time was one and a half hours. And the questions were hard.

Recruiter screening
The recruiter calls unannounced, starts off without asking if it is a good time to continue, provides very little flexibility on finding a mutually convenient time. Overall a very poor experience. Recruiters' mannerism and professionalism are the first view of employer's culture.
